I saw Julie this am, and got good news. My body is back to where it was before vaction! Yippie! Its not been easy pulling it back together, but will be soooo worth it in the end. I'n now @ 26% BF, and she wants to see me in the 160's lbs in a month. I CAN DO THIS! She also invited me to the KY muscle show...kinda cool to think of seeing the fall Team Fitbody in action.
